Hello! I’m Chris Rampone, a dedicated Real Estate Broker serving Northern Colorado with a passion for helping people find their perfect home. My journey started as an electrician, where I developed a sharp eye for detail and high standards for workmanship. I soon broadened my skills in residential construction and remodeling, which gave me unique insight into how homes are built, how they function, and what truly makes them special. This hands-on experience means I see beyond the surface—I understand the little things that make a house safe, efficient, and truly comfortable.

Later, I brought my love of craftsmanship to the jewelry world, running my own repair shop and earning the title of Master Jeweler and Graduate Gemologist (GIA). Both trades taught me the value of precision, patience, and lifelong learning—qualities I bring to real estate every day.
